Refunds and Exchange
If something isn’t right, or you change your mind, we are happy to accept a return subject to the Return and Exchange Policy below. This policy applies to all purchases made from Mannatech Australia Pty Ltd online shop, shopmannatechau.com.
General
- Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange
- To be eligible for a return or exchange your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, it must also be in the original packaging
- To complete your return or exchange we require a receipt or proof of purchase
- If there are other items listed on the original invoice that are not being returned ensure to keep a copy of the original receipt
- Shipping costs will not be refunded
- Merchandise will not be exchanged for product
- Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer
Refunds (if applicable)
- To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, it must also be in the original packaging
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase
- If there are other item(s) listed on the original invoice that are not being returned ensure you keep a copy of the original receipt
- Shipping costs will not be refunded
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a five business days
Faulty (if applicable)
- If an item(s) is faulty, wrongly described, or different from the sample shown then we will meet our legal obligation which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement item(s) provided the item(s) is returned:
- Within 14 days of receiving the item(s)
- Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, it must also be in the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase documents
- Shipping costs will not be refunded
- Merchandise will not be exchanged for product
Exchanges (if applicable)
- We only replace item(s) if they are defective or damaged
- To be eligible for a exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
- To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase
- Item(s) will not be exchanged for Mannatech product
- Shipping costs will not be refunded
- Once your item(s) have been received and inspected, we will send your exchanged item(s)
- Re-shipping costs are applicable for exchanged items
Proof of Purchase
- Please note that all return, refund or exchange requests must be accompanied by any of the following proof of purchase documents:
- Original email receipt (no photocopies accepted)
- Original PayPal Proof of Purchase (no photocopies accepted)
